.NET Developer – Multiple positions available
About the roles:
At Lynkz, you will perform as an individual and/or team contributor on our client engagement projects. You will work under the supervision of an engagement director and/or partner, to develop work products, lead specific project initiatives and act as a subject matter expert on consulting projects. Client engagement activities include, but are not limited to, framing issues, problem-structuring, optimising client processes, developing go-to-market strategies and change management.
What you will do:
- Identify key issues, analyse and make recommendations to address problems
- Assess computing needs, system weaknesses and requirements by consulting with users, technicians, vendors and management
- Work with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for value creation
- Develop software solutions to meet customer needs using technologies in-line with current trends and in line with area of specialisation (.NET Core, React and Azure)
- Consistently demonstrate alignment with Lynkz core values
- Ensure process discipline requirements are met as related to client information, knowledge management and other areas as communicated by management
- Develop strategy, plans, organization and/or process design, and effective deployment solutions (communications, KPI development, education, training etc.) to ensure the achievement of agreed outcomes for clients
- Develop quality work product(s), code and documentation
- Assist in coordinating and communicating the results of consulting and internal projects via written reports and oral presentations to management
- Perform engagement procedures designed to identify and define issues, review and analyse evidence, and document business processes
What you will bring:
- Minimum of 3 years experience within the IT industry
- Minimum of 3 years experience in consulting
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Be well informed and up to date on technological advancements
- Proficient with database languages
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
- An analytical mindset
- Good time management and organisational skills
Extensive experience with the following technologies is required:
- Cloud Platforms (Azure) and the services available on these platforms
- C#, React or Angular, Microservices Architecture principals and platforms
- Other technologies such as Azure DevOps
