Executive Lunch: Challenges in the Adoption of AI

Artificial Intelligence is shaping the future of how businesses operate but adopting it in a way that delivers real, lasting value is far from straightforward

A Strategic Conversation for Business and Technology Leaders

12:00 - 14:00 PM (+10:00)

Artificial Intelligence is shaping the future of how businesses operate but adopting it in a way that delivers real, lasting value is far from straightforward.

From mismatched expectations to poor data foundations, unclear ownership, and resistance to change, the path to meaningful AI adoption is often more complex than anticipated. Even well-resourced initiatives can stall or struggle to scale.

Join Lynkz for an exclusive executive lunch to explore the real-world challenges of AI adoption. This is an opportunity to engage with your peers in a candid discussion about what’s working, what’s not, and how to move forward with clarity

What We’ll Discuss

This discussion is aimed at decision-makers looking beyond the algorithms, toward the organisational realities of making AI work.

Over lunch, we’ll explore:

  • Why AI initiatives often fail to scale beyond the pilot phase
  • What gets in the way of adoption—from people and processes to platforms
  • How to align AI with business outcomes rather than buzzwords
  • What it takes to move from experimentation to embedded value

Why This Matters

The pressure to “do something with AI” is growing but not every problem needs a model, and not every opportunity is ready to scale.

This lunch is a space to step back from hype cycles and hear from others who are wrestling with similar questions: What’s the right level of ambition? What’s truly possible today? And how do you build momentum without over-engineering?
